13-21 березня 2021 у Музеї історії міста Києва проходитиме виставка документальної фотографії Сергія Моргунова під назвою "Jus In Bello".

Будь-яка війна - це життя між битвами. Взаємодія між військовими та цивільним населенням. Правила цієї взаємодії, які вони самі встановлюють між собою. Люди роками живуть у такій реальності і звикають до неї.
Війна в Україні розпочалася наприкінці лютого 2014 року після військового вторгнення Російської Федерації на територію Автономної Республіки Крим, спроби незаконної анексії та подальшої оккупації півострова. І військова відповідь на російську гібридну агресію на території Донецької та Луганської областей. Де також, частина територій досі підконтрольні російським військовим формуванням.
Вздовж лінії фронту пролягає смуга так званої "сірої зони" - нічия земля, де люди страждають від правового, гуманітарного та інформаційного вакууму через відсутність врегульованих органів влади та інституцій. На даний момент багато з них залишаються без житла, роботи та умов для проживання. У багатьох селах досі немає централізованого постачання електроенергії, газу та їжі, щоб забезпечити своє існування. Для медичної служби в багатьох випадках вони покладаються на військових та волонтерські організації. Час від часу артилерійські обстріли та бої змушують їх жити в підвалах. Це надзвичайно прикрі ситуації для всіх, хто не міг втекти - через вік, стан здоров’я, родичів з інвалідністю, тощо.
Документальна виставка “Jus In Bello” розказує історії людей, життя яких зруйнувала збройна агресія Російської Федерації проти України, заради яких Україна всі ці роки бореться на всіх фронтах – воєнному, дипломатичному, інформаційному.
На виставці відбудеться показ документальних кадрів, зроблених Сергієм в населених пунктах вздовж лінії фронту в Донецькій та Луганській областях протягом 2014 – 2020 років, в яких вщент знищена інфраструктура, а люди лишились без роботи та базових життєвих благ.
Організатор: Благодійна організація “Благодійний Фонд допомоги захисникам вітчизни та їх сім'ям “КОЛО”. Волонтери фонду – ветерани, учасники бойових дій, від початку збройної агресії Російської Федерації проти України опікуються мешканцями найбільш постраждалих від збройної агресії населених пунктів, займаються цільовою допомогою сім’ям із дітьми та залученням молоді до розвитку прифронтових громад.
Про автора: Сергій Моргунов - фотограф та громадський активіст. Брав участь у міжнародних виставках, публікується у міжнародних ЗМІ та тематичних книгах. З 2014 року документує наслідки збройної агресії Російської Федерації проти України, знімає вздовж лінії бойового зіткнення.

Any war is the life between battles. The interaction between militaries and civilians. The rules of this interaction, which they themselves establish with each other. People for years live in such a reality and getting used to it.
The war in Ukraine began in March 2014 after the military invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of the Crimean peninsula and the subsequent annexation of it. And the military response to the Russian hybrid aggression on the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Along the frontline lays a strip of the so-called “grey zone” - no-mans-land, where people suffer from a legal, humanitarian and informational vacuum due to the absence of any authority and institutions. At the moment many of them are left without housing, work and conditions for living. In many villages, they have no electricity, no gas, no food to secure their existence. They rely on the military for medical service. From time to time, artillery shelling and combats force them to live in basements. This is an extremely unfortunate situation for all those who could not flee - be it due to age, health, a disabled relative - or any other reason.
The exhibition tells the stories of people whose lives were ruined by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, and for which Ukraine is fighting on all fronts; not just military and diplomatic ones, but also the battle to disseminate information.
The exhibition will showcase documentary footage by documentary photographer Serhiy Morgunov in settlements along the frontline in Donetsk and Luhansk regions between 2014 and 2020. Morgunov shows how the infrastructure has been completely destroyed and people have been left without work and the basic necessities of life.
The event is being hosted by ‘КОЛО’, the charity fund for the assistance of the armed forces personnel and their families. Volunteers of the fund, comprising of veterans of the ongoing armed conflict, have been providing aid and assistance to the most vulnerable residents of the region torn apart by war right from the very beginning of the Russian armed intervention. The fund directly provides aid to local families and facilitates the engagement of the local youth in the development of their communities.
About the author: Serhiy Morgunov is an independent Ukrainian film director, photographer and civil activist. He has participated in various international exhibitions and his work has been published both by international media outlets and in book form. From 2014 onwards, he worked near the frontline and documented the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
